Happiness is a choice

We all are face with challenges, losses, struggles, sufferings, difficulties and no matter how hard life can be, we can choose to be happy. Happiness is a choice and if you choose to be happy you will, it is a decision you must make each and every day. Of course, if you want to be sad surely you’ll find something to be sad about. Being happy or sad is your choice.

No one is in charge of your happiness but you, so recognize, acknowledge and accept your life. Be happy and don’t forget to be grateful. It is easier to be happy if you are being grateful of whatever you have and count your blessings. Your life is a blessing and a gift from God, sit back and count your blessings.

You need to have a positive attitude to life and see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Value yourself and remember how fortunate you are or how important your life is. Make a commitment to be happy, it is your right. Discover what makes you happy and then make these things a priority.

Happy people appreciate what they have, live longer, have better health, attract great relationships and enjoy their lives more. In addition, happy people are open minded. Being open minded unlocks doors of opportunities and gives a unique perspective on life. So have the flexibility to consider new things and embrace change.

Life is full of challenges and if you take them too seriously it is easy to become frustrated and depressed. You can choose to let life’s circumstances get you down or you can choose to be happy no matter what challenges life brings. It is your choice!

Be happy.
