It is easier to complain and or to blame others for our failures instead of taking ownership of them. When blaming others, we remove the load of disappointments and the daily responsibilities from our shoulders. Apparently, it is effortless to run from our duties then to face them. We even feel good about letting others run the show and our lives. We use the lies and the excuses for our security blanket. Well, today I am asking you to take charge of your life!
We need to take a look in the mirror to see if we respect and love the person that is looking back. Furthermore, we need to be truthful to ourselves and deeply evaluate our purpose for being here on earth. My friends, we cannot fully take charge of our lives if we do not identify with the person we are and the purpose of our journey.
The most important questions for us to individually and honestly answer are these:
- Who am I?
- Why God created me?
Be strong and take ownership of your life because no one else will! When there is something you want, fight for it and do not give up no matter what. You can do anything you want to do if you put your mind into it. You must have confidence in your ability and be strong enough to follow through. Never give up without a fight and never think you are not good enough. Live your life to the fullest! Do not be afraid of the trouble coming upon you for God created you and called you by name.
We have a short life and we need to take control of it!
God loves you!
